Likewise, I'd remove “larger electrical projects.” If Cord's genuine model is property maintenance plus electrical maintenance/testing, there's no need for the About page to advertise large electrical projects.

You can then have the separate Electrical Maintenance & Testing page/section we wrote earlier, where EICRs, PAT testing, lighting, fault finding, sockets, remedials etc. are properly described as electrical work.
